…invading
the systems…

Alternative acronym/short appellation: LINI, LIN International, LeadIgnite.
Members are to be referred to as LINItes.
Introduction:
Being fully persuaded of God’s plan for
the human race, the prevailing circumstances notwithstanding, LeadIgnite
Network International is a God-inspired platform instituted to help men and
women in various places, and from diverse backgrounds and ethnicity, recognize
their unique God-given purposes, develop their potentials and exploit them in
fostering the concept of servant-leadership in various settings, thereby
invading the various systems of the world with the values, influence, and light
of the Kingdom of God. Hence, our allegiance is first to God, the source of the
vision and every provision needed to accomplish the vision. All our programmes
therefore are aimed at building men and women who demonstrate God’s perspective
on Leadership in churches, in
governments, in companies, in schools, and every system that involves the
participation of humans.
Our
Overall Vision:
·
To be a platform for building men and
women who are devoted to exploiting their gifts, skills and talents for invading
the various systems of the world with the values, influence, and light of the
Kingdom in leadership, innovations, and intervention.
Our
Vision Statements
To
be a body:
·
That guides people into recognizing
their unique meaning in life , developing their inherent potentials to fulfil
their God-given unique purposes;
·
For raising men and women driven by the
Love-inspired sense of contribution who shall invade the various systems of the
world with the values, influence, and light of the Kingdom of God;
·
For raising men and women who model the
concept of servant-leadership—Christ being our template—and also inspire every
soul they meet on their paths to do the same; and
·
For raising men and women who will at
all times and in every place leverage the strength of togetherness, unity, and
teamwork in promoting the need-driven course of the Kingdom.
Our
Mission Statements
In LeadIgnite
Network International:
·
We take as our guide, wisdom from God;
as our strength, the grace of God; as our drive, the Love of God; and faith in
God, as our lifestyle.
·
We believe that our human capabilities
alone are not sufficient to accomplish the tasks before us on this earth.
Hence, we wholly rely on God as our sole sustenance; ever believing that
through Christ anything is possible; seeing every challenge as a faith builder,
in the midst of which we keep shouting “Glory to God!”
·
Therefore, as a member, I shall give
utmost priority to a consistent daily personal fellowship with my Father in the
place of prayer, renewing myself in His knowledge through the scripture, and
filling my mouth and heart always with songs of praise and worship, ever
appropriating His grace, Love, power, and wisdom to fulfil my purpose and to
overcome every challenge.
·
Challenges will surely come, but we
choose to face them headlong, living by faith, for our God is greater than all.
·
The worth of every man—Christian or
non-Christian— I see on my path in life is Christ. I shall therefore see and
value them as such in my conduct.
·
Every need I come across is an opportunity
to show forth God’s treasures of Love and grace in me. I therefore refuse to
give excuses, but rather find a way to meet the need as much as I can—however
little.
·
Every platform or setting I occupy is a
golden opportunity to establish the value system of the Kingdom in deeds,
words, and manner of life; be it within the four walls of the church building
or beyond. I am therefore Kingdom-oriented in all my pursuits.
·
I do not expect to get everything
perfectly right on my first trial, but I will still set out, anyway, to do
anything I deem expedient, knowing that it gets easier and better over time. I
will learn from every of my mistakes and then move on with no regrets, being
aware of my human imperfections, but never ashamed of them.
·
I will appreciate the good I see in
everyone I meet as well as our individual differences—and not see them as
threats, but rather as opportunities to create together something greater by
leveraging on one another’s unique strength, while making up for one another’s
weaknesses as each person does his/her work and supplies what the other(s)
lack.
·
I shall give diligence to taking good
care of my body as befitting of the vessel housing God’s precious treasures—in
good nutritional habit, adequate exercise, and any other necessary and
appropriate measure.
·
I live as a representative of Christ
everywhere I go. I model Jesus’ lifestyle of servant-leadership.
·
I always see myself as a conduit of
God’s grace, Love, power, wisdom, and influence to my society, to my nation,
and to the nations—the whole of human race.
·
We submit to the Holy Bible as the
ultimate custodian of our values.
